Raymond Sigler investigates, advises, and consults for several individuals and corporations, He has 14 years of financial investigative experience coupled with prior practice as a stockbroker or financial adviser for such companies as Dean Witter Reynolds, Smith Barney Harris Upham, Kemper Securities, California Federal Bank and M.L.Stern &Co.
From 1991 to 1996, Raymond worked for Investor's Arbitration services, Inc.(IAS) as the Director of Consumer Affairs where he was the key public contact and analyst. He supervised development for new business, staff training and recruitment. His primary responsibilities were investigation and coordination of complex value cases. At one time "IAS" was the largest "non-attorney" arbitration firm in the country.
During 1997, Raymond also acted as Vice-President of Investments for American National Municipal Corporation, Inc. He was the due diligence and compliance officer for Investment banking. He also analyzed the credit worthiness of various municipal improvement and redevelopment projects.
Raymond has been the Chief Investigator and Owner of Wall Street Detective Services since 1996.
